When did you join the club:

Joined the club at the start of the season however I played for the 19s to the back end of last year.

How did your move to Hallam come about:

The u19s trained with the 1st team in pre season and it was all a very quick turnaround from there really ended up playing the following Monday against Chesterfield

Young Owls, Stocksbridge, SUFC Academy, Was Captain of Sheffield Boys all the way through the ages also

Did you know any of the players before the move:

Wraithy, Tom Wilson, Tyler, also Ben Donoghue who I’ve played with for a while.

Best friend in the team:

Similar to the ones I’ve known most really likes of Wraithy, Wilson and Ben, went to school with Wilson so probably been closest with him out of anyone in the squad

How are you finding things so far:

Really enjoying my time, it has been a step up to say 6-12 months ago I wasn’t playing senior football at any level.

Do the rising attendances have any effect on the players:

They do have an effect and are bound to, we are a really well supported club so hopefully we can try and use the fans to our advantage.

Do you have a target for this season:

Personal & Team

Personal – To try and get as much game time as possible, it is a strong squad so I will have to work hard but that is the aim.

Team – There is no hiding the fact that our main goal is to gain promotion, another few good results will see us back up there.

Team supported other than Hallam:

Sheffield Wednesday

Best ground played on:

Hillsborough

Most memorable game played in:

Played in the Clegg Shield Final at Bramall lane while at school in front of a thousand people, was very enjoyable.

Most memorable Hallam game played in:

This is a no brainer , SUFC at home was an amazing experience again in front of over a thousand fans against premier league players.

Any Pre match rituals or superstitions:

No I’ve never really believe in them.

Does the slope of the pitch have any bearing on the game:

It does, I still haven’t worked out which I prefer.

Do you do any research on opponents or just concentrate on your own game :

No I just concentrate on my own, I don’t really know many other players in the NCEL.

Is there a team target for the season:

Yes promotion is the target.

Any standout moments whilst playing for Hallam

Standout moment is the one I mentioned earlier when playing against SUFC

Do you practice taking penalties –

No but I probably should do because I’m awful at taking them.

Whats your ambition in Football:

Ambition in football is to play at the highest level possible.

Whats your ambition in Life:

hard to say really with being young, things such as kids and houses are a long way away.

If you won 2 million pounds on the lottery what are three things you would do:

1. Book a big trip for lads at end of season.

2 – Buy a bar
3 – Buy a car

Anything else you would like to add:

Like I said earlier, hopefully we start to climd table and have as good of a season as possible
